About Me
My journey into this vision began with the birth of my beautiful son here in Bengaluru. Being his parent has been the most profound, joyful, and deeply humbling experience of my life. It has completely reshaped how I view the world and what truly matters.
I am a working professional in the area of Telecommunication Research and Development, leading research and technology for next generation of communication networks.
Like many of you, the "after us" question is a constant presence in my mind. I am driving this initiative because I want to look at my son and know, with absolute certainty, that he will be surrounded by love, dignity, and a vibrant community for his entire life, no matter what happens to me. I cannot build this alone, which is why I am looking for co-founders to share this journey.

The "After Us" Question
"The greatest anxiety for any parent of a child with special needs is a single, lingering thought: Who will love them and care for them when I am no longer here?"
We cannot rely solely on institutions or distant relatives. True security comes from a supportive ecosystem. By gathering a core group of deeply interested families today, we can build a self-sustaining community. A place where our children don't just survive, but thrive, surrounded by an extended family of peers and dedicated caregivers.

The Community Model
A collaborative, professionally managed ecosystem designed for long-term emotional and financial sustainability.
Holistic Well-being as the core tenet
Inspired by the rich spiritual culture and yogic wisdom of Bharat, individuals will live in consecrated spaces. Most waking hours of the day should be spent amid nature in open settings integrated into the living spaces of the individuals with all health and safety guardrails.
Independent & Assisted Living
Private family dwelling alongside specialized dedicated spaces for special needs individuals to independently stay and function. Parents live with their children initially, gently transitioning them to assisted independent living within the community.
Community Vocational Training
Aligning individual capabilities with community requirements to create meaningful employment within the community, thereby promoting resident engagement and collective self-sufficiency.
Pooled Resources
A core group of parents will set the vision, scout for resources and developers to create the blue print of the community. A community with 40-50 special needs individuals is a solid start, while scaling to 70-80 individuals will benefit deeply from economies of scale.
A Trust Structure
Governed by a robust legal trust ensuring the community outlives its founders. Professional management overseen by a board of siblings, legal guardians and a corporate or banking entity for perpetuity.
Serene Location
Located on peaceful outskirts of Bengaluru. Close enough to top medical facilities and the city for the parents to lead an active life, but far enough to provide clean air, space, and a deep connection to nature.
Our Roadmap to Reality
A structured approach to building our dedicated community.
Phase 1: Forming the Core
Finding 5-10 like-minded families who share this vision. We will meet, establish our core values, setup the community blueprint, and legally structure the founding trust.
Phase 2: Mobilization
Broadbasing the idea and identifying rest of the parents and individuals in the community, stakeholders and pooling in resources.
Phase 3: Design & Construction
Collaborating with yogis to create life enhancing consecrated spaces and architects specialized in accessible, sensory-friendly, and sustainable design. Building the spaces for the special needs individuals and families.
Phase 4: Community Life
Families move in. We establish daily routines, operational management and create a thriving, secure, and joyous environment for our children.
